The most common reasons a withdrawal is rejected or delayed:

Yes, your balance cash deposit (money you deposited, not the bonus) can be withdrawn at any time with no wagering requirement. RM 100 bonus with 5x rollover = RM 500 total wagering required.

Important note:
• Eligible bets: Slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting with a minimum qualifying odds.
• Football bets with odds below 1.50 may not count in full.
• The rollover period is typically 7–30 days depending on the bonus type.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses you have in a given week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Malaysian Time). Formula: Total amount lost – Total winnings = Net loss, and 5% of that amount is credited to your account every Monday before noon.

Cashback is credited with no rollover requirements and can be withdrawn or used to continue playing. There is no minimum loss amount required to qualify, though the minimum cashback credited is RM 5.

Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend a bonus once it has expired.
